My theme Perfection with rgba, for the transparent panel background use one of the images from .themes/Perfection/gtk-2.0 (In screenshot I used "Air 75.png")
You need murrine engine from git, aurora engine and rgba module
For the transparent metacity use Ubuntu Tweak and go to Desktop/Windows and chosse the transparency of the metacity
I used the compiz plugin "reflections" for the relections XD

GTK: Perfection
Metacity: Perfection/Elementary
Wallpaper: Aurora Borealis
Font: Aller 9
Icons: Elementary
